The #5 seeded Tampa Bay Lightning completed a four game sweep and upset by beating the Washington Capitals 5-3 on Wednesday night despite Alexander Ovechkin's promised victory. The Lightning have been on fire since the postseason started. They're on a seven game win streak and have already bounced the Penguins and Capitals in their quest for the cup. Their offense has sprung to life as Martin St. Louis and Vincent Lecavalier lead the league in playoff points with 13 and 12 points, respectively. This along with G Dwayne Roloson leading all playoff goalies in Save Percentage (.941), who has been a big surprise because goalie play was the Lightning's achilles heel in the regular season. This marks the fourth season in a row the Caps have won their division and failed to advance to the Conference finals. There are rumors that this disappointing series for Ovechkin and his Caps could cause lovable coach Bruce Boudreau to lose his job.
